Los Angeles, CA has the largest homeless population in the U.S. Unfortunately, this includes many veterans who fought to protect this country. 

     

     Currently, the ROPI Foundation is raising funds for the construction needed to rehabilitate residential buildings up to code to house our homeless veterans.

     

     We will also provide paid on-the-job training for local individuals who wish to learn the trade of construction. Scopes of work will include the following:

• Plumbing, electrical, and roofing.

•  A case manager for the social services aspect.

• Demolition and painting. ​
